    Westholme Wagyu QLD MB9+

    The Westholme Wagyu herd has been meticulously refined over the past 30 years to produce top-quality Wagyu beef, perfectly suited to the Australian environment and lifestyle. The cattle are grain-fed for a minimum of 330 days, achieving a high marbling score of MB9+

    Japanese A5 Wagyu

    Authentic Japanese A5 Wagyu beef from Hokkaido is renowned for its savory, buttery flavour, exquisite marbling, and exceptionally tender texture. The cattle are grain-fed for a minimum of 550 days, achieving a high marbling score of MB12+

    Dry Age steak

    Indulge in our expertly dry-aged steaks, aged for at least 28 days in a controlled environment for enhanced tenderness and concentrated flavour. Enjoy bold, nutty, and earthy notes with a beautifully tender texture.

Marbling, along with factors like meat and fat colour, helps classify beef quality. Marbling enhances the eating quality of beef by improving traits such as juiciness and flavour, making it a key factor in premium beef production.

All Our Steak cuts are Premium Grade Beef, sourced from our best Australian cattle’s and butchers. Are well seasoned with house-made basting oil, Murray River Pink Salt and pepper. Our steak comes with a choice of chips or garden salad or mash. (GF)
